
Mindful Movement for Strength, Flexibility, and Stress Management
My motivation for movement, or exercise, was previously driven solely by outside goals. For a long time, I left out an important part—tuning in—and my health suffered.
While there is nothing wrong with having goals, it’s important to listen to your body and pay attention to how you feel while moving. No matter what type of movement you engage in; tuning in helps you honor your health, replenish your energy, and bring calm to your body.
Personal movement sessions are offered as an add on option for nutrition and health services. This may incorporate yoga and/or strength training, depending on your needs and preferences. This service is for anyone wanting to move your body more, find joy (not punishment) in moving, increase your flexibility, and/or reduce stress.

I founded Joyful Strength & Stretch to create a safe place for you to move, stretch, gain strength, increase flexibility, build endurance, and find some stress relief. I want you to walk away feeling better, both mentally and physically, and carry this through your daily life.
In this space, you will never hear me speak about changing our bodies, or hating our bodies. This is important to me, and for my clients. My goal is to help you connect with your body, listen to what it needs, and take care of your whole self.

An efficient + effective workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness. When you attend a class, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
