Based in Mobile, AL and serving those on the Gulf Coast, I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist/Nutrition Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher through Holy Yoga. I offer nutrition counseling and private individual/group mindful movement sessions—-all bodies are welcome! I use an intuitive approach which means using both inner and outer wisdom to take care of YOU and work toward your health goals. If you are a parent of kid(s)/tween(s)/teen(s) and feel lost or frustrated about what or how to feed them, I also work with parents. I want to help you find peace at the dinner table while fostering their own healthy relationship with food and their body/bodies.

Nutrition counseling: Using a holistic/non-restrictive approach to eating and taking care of yourself, my specialties include: PCOS, digestive issues, and nutrition for athletes/dancers. I work with both adults and caregivers of kids/teens/tweens. I also offer nutrition counseling in collaboration with other healthcare providers for those in eating disorder recovery/recovery from disordered eating.
If you want to get off the dieting roller coaster and reduce fear/stress around eating, I offer coaching to help you find a more peaceful relationship with eating and movement. I use an Intuitive Eating approach and also offer faith-based nutrition counseling.
Mindful Movement for Strength, Flexibility, and Stress Management: My goal is to help you create/sustain a peaceful/joyful relationship with movement. I offer personal mindful movement sessions which may incorporate yoga and strength training. This service is open to anyone who wants to move your body more, find joy (not punishment) in moving, increase your flexibility, and/or reduce stress—especially if you are intimidated by gyms, personal trainers, or group classes. It is open to all abilities and all bodies!
