My perspective comes from faith in Christ and His love, my 11+ years of experience as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, my love for human movement as a dancer and yoga instructor, my background in the study of psychology, my own journey of healing and transformation, and my desire to use my experiences as a vessel to help others on their personal journeys.
After struggling with disordered eating and exercise behaviors growing up and seeing so many others struggling around food, I am passionate about helping you heal your relationship with food and your body, taking a non-restrictive, compassionate approach to dealing with any health concerns you may have. I love helping you feel good and take care of yourself.
